The ESR Applicant Generated Report (AGR)

The ESR Applicant Generated Report (AGR) system utilizes unique proprietary technology to achieve a complete paperless Background Screening System that includes an E-sign electronic signature through the use of a mouse signature for a truly paperless and automated system.

The ESR Applicant Generated Report (AGR) system is also very flexible and can be adopted in a number of ways for an employer or recruiter.   In its basic form, it works in the following manner:

1. The applicant is directed to the site ESR - AGR site which can be done in a few different ways.
   • One method is that ESR provides an employer with a number of passwords that the employer then distributes. For security, ESR can limit the number of times that applicant can access the site.
   • Another method would be where applicants are directed to the ESR - AGR site, by the employer or recruiter and all applicants fill out a consent form. The employer is then given access to a control panel, where they can review the information submitted by the applicant and then submit that applicant’s information to ESR by simply clicking the “transmit request” icon which then sends the information to ESR to begin the background check.
   • An applicant can also be sent an e-mail with a user name and password with instructions to go online to complete the process.
2. The applicant begins the procedure by going through a background screening consent and authorization. If the applicant agrees, there is then an E-sign protocol that the applicant goes through in order to authorize a screening.
3. The applicant is then taken to a page where the applicant fills out basic information, including names, address, and date of birth, social security number and driver’s license number and then submits it to a dashboard for the employer to review.
4. The employer then transmits the applicant information to ESR and the screening process begins.
5. The employer can either access reports from the ESR Enterprise system directly (ESRnet), or from the AGR dashboard system.
