The ESR Applicant Generated Report (AGR) 2.0 system is also very flexible and can be adopted in a number of ways for an employer or recruiter.   In its basic form, it works in the following manner:

  1. The employer or recruiter starts at the ESR - AGR site control panel, where the applicant is sent an e-mail with a user name and password with instructions to go online to complete the process at a secure site.
  2. The process can also be started through an integration with any ATS or HRIS system with the simple click of the mouse on a button that says "Background check"  and a single sign-on.
  3. The applicant receives an e-mail with a password to a secure link to start the process.
  4. The applicant begins the procedure by going through a background screening consent and authorization, including  an E-sign protocol to authorize a screening and the capture of a “wet” signature through the ESR mouse signature application. NO PAPER INVOLVED.
  5. The Applicant can also supply sensitive data to ESR such as date of birth so employer does not see it pre-hire. 
  6. The applicant is then taken to a page where the applicant fills out basic information that is required for the employer's level of screening.   If the system is integrated with an ATS or HRIS, applicant information can be pre-populated      
  7. The employer has the option of reviewing the applicant's information in a dashboard first, and can decide which applicant to forward to screening an if any additional searches are needed.
  8. The employer can either access status and reports 24/7 from the ESR Enterprise system directly, from an ATS or HRIS through a single sign-on,  or from the AGR dashboard system.
