ESR is pleased to announce the new Four Level customer service program. 

1. Instant Status online--view the real-time status of every report, on-line, 24/7 with the  ESRnet service.  With the ESRnet, our clients  know what we know, as soon as we know it. Clients also have access to the ESR On-Line User Manuel.
2.  STATUS Desk (888-999-4474, Ext. 240): for immediate updates and current report status (also available online directly at ESRnet). (E-mail here.)
3.  CUSTOMER CARE Desk (888-999-4474, Ext. 225): for questions about your account, services, forms, invoices, or any other service issue beyond report status.  If a matter cannot be resolved immediately, Customer  Service will open a "ticket" to track and resolve any questions or requests. 4.  HR Help Desk (Extension 222): Advice from  our in-house ESR Human Resources expert or attorney on safe hiring issue. (E-mail here)
