The ESR Customer Service Program:1. ESR starts our relationship with all clients in an online training of our web-based system. By having an ESRnet user name and password you will have 24/7 online access, "you know what we know as soon as we know it." 2. All new ESR clients receive follow-up phone calls after 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure that your needs and expectations are being meet by ESR. 3. ESR Background Specialists are always available to assist you--ESR answers all phone calls. ESR does not use an automated answering service and voicemail only picks up if a client calls outside of normal business ours or all customer service representatives are on the phone. If a Background Specialist is not immediately available, your call will be returned as soon as possible. 4. Help Desk tracking is also available through the ESRnet system. Each inquiry will have an individual tracking number. 5. Every background report is monitored to ensure fastest possible turnaround time. In the event there is an unexpected delay that is out of our control, we will contact you to make sure you are aware of the details. The information is also available online in our ESRnet system. 6. Turnaround time reports are available online. 7. ESR daily updates via e-mail regarding the status of all open and closed background reports in your account are available. Privacy Policy: ESR is a Consumer Reporting Agency(CRA) that prepared Consumer Reports for authorized employers under he provisions of the the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), The ESR Privacy policy is very simple: ESR only collects applicant data pursuant to written authorization and Disclosure under the FCRA and only disseminates consumer reports to employers as directed in the written authorization In other words, data is only collected and distributed at the direction and authorization of consumers . Otherwise, the data is maintained in a secured site. All data is the property of the consumer. ESR maintains strict policies and procedures in all aspects of its operation to protect the privacy of consumer. *NOTE: ESR does not offer services to employers in Nevada.
