ESR offers a state of the art Internet delivery system for reports for criminal reports and public records only (other then credit reports or records or information obtained from a credit bureau). This system is fully secured and password protected. Orders are faxed to ESR (or a client has the option of entering the information themselves), but results are available over the Internet. The system gives employers and Human Resources professionals the speed and flexibility and speed they need in the hiring process. (For security reasons, credit reports and information from a credit bureau can only be faxed.)
The system requires no special software. It is available right over the Internet from this screen. The system takes just minutes to learn, and requires no special training. Available screens include:
1. View by all pending searches
2. View by reference number or social security number
3. View by date submitted (by use of a date range)
4. View by date of results (by use of a date range)
5. View by new results
6. View by name
When results are obtained, they are immediately downloaded on the Internet. In addition, each office can set-up internal security procedures to control who has access and to which screens. It is also ideal for organizations with multiple offices. The central office can have access to all the screens for any branch offices. All reports stay on the system for 45 days. New reports can be printed out, and downloaded to a file.
In addition, in the case of any questions, the employer can e-mail directly from the appropriate search screens with questions about a particular report, or report status. All e-mails are answered in 30 minutes or less. There is no better system available to perform pre-employment screening.
The on-line information system fully complies with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and applicable laws. Privacy is protected by the use of passwords, and secured transmissions. It is probably safer then reports that are faxed to offices. The system is only available to clients of Employment Screening Resources.
