Attorney at Law Lester S. Rosen is Founder and CEO of Employment Screening Resources® (ESR), a global background check firm located in the San Francisco, California area and accredited by the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS®). He is the author of “The Safe Hiring Manual,” a comprehensive guide to employment screening, and “The Safe Hiring Audit.” A noted background check expert, his speaking appearances have included numerous national and international conferences. In 1997, Mr. Rosen founded ESR with a mission to promote safe workplaces for employers, employees, and the public. He was also the chairperson of the steering committee that founded the NAPBS and served as first co-chair.
