• ESR is pleased to introduce ESRnet--the new standard in web enabled pre-employment background screening. 

Drug Testing

• ESR is pleased to announce that it has affiliated with Pre-Employment Drug Testing (PDS) to provide administration of drug testing for clients all across the United States.  PDS is a third party administrator that offers programs of fast, easy and inexpensive drug testing at over 10,000 collection sites across the United States.

On-line Services

• ESR is pleased to announce it's new On-Line information services for criminal records and other public records.  Utilizing the power of the Internet to enhance communication and data management, this new service is ideal for firms that want to manage their background screening in-house in near real-time, or firms with large scale hiring programs or multiple locations. 
  

International Background Screenings

• With the increasing need to provide screening for workers born abroad, or for American companies hiring individuals in foreign countries, there is a great need to be able to conduct international background screening.   ESR now offers that service.  View the ESR special report on International background Investigations.

Criminal Records

• Hiring an applicant with a criminal record can be like a nightmare that never ends, resulting in workplace concerns over safety, not to mention the legal and financial consequences.  This first part of a three part series introduces some of the issue surrounding screening for criminal records as part of the hiring process. 

Medical Credentialing

• ESR now offers background screening for Physicians.  This service is available for physician offices, hospitals, clinics or managed care organizations or other medical organizations.   (Click here)
