ESR is strictly a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) as defined in the FCRA. ESR cannot assist any employer who is concerned about misconduct by a current employee. Privacy Policy: ESR is a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) that prepares Consumer Reports for authorized employers under the provisions of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The ESR Privacy policy is very simple: ESR only collects applicant data pursuant to written authorization and Disclosure under the FCRA and only disseminates consumer reports to employers as directed in the written authorization. In other words, data is only collected and distributed at the direction and authorization of consumers. Otherwise, the data is maintained in a secured site. All data is the property of the consumer. ESR maintains strict policies and procedures in all aspects of its operation to protect the privacy of consumers.
ESR is licensed in the State of California PI License number 21580. ESR does not accept business in the State of Nevada and would be pleased to refer a business to a screening firm licensed in Nevada.
