225 for updates on specific orders from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST
Monday - Friday.
Reports can be delayed
beyond three days when schools, courts or employers are closed
for holidays, employers will not return phone calls, court clerks
delay in obtaining court records and similar issues beyond anyone's
control. Any such third party delay will be documented in
the ESRnet online system.

of each order is available in real-time 24/7 on the ESRnet system. |
