For Current Clients:

     
     
1. To VIEW RESULTS for a background screening:
  a. Use the ESRnet on-line report system--all reports are available in real time, 24/7 (Customer Service can help you with passwords).
  b.

If there is a report that for any reason has gone beyond the 72 hours because of circumstances beyond our control, you many check the status on-line, e-mail Customer Service or call STATUS DESK at 1-888-999-4474, ext. 225 for updates on specific orders from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST Monday - Friday.

Reports can be delayed beyond three days when schools, courts or employers are closed for holidays, employers will not return phone calls, court clerks delay in obtaining court records and similar issues beyond anyone's control.  Any such third party delay will be documented in the ESRnet online system. 

For your user name and password for the ESRnet online system, you may also contact Customer Service.  All information on on the current status of each order is available in real-time 24/7 on the ESRnet system.

  c. All e-mails to customer service are answered in 3 business hours or less.
2. To contact customer service for questions about your account, services, forms, invoices, or any other service issue beyond immediate report status, contact the CUSTOMER CARE Desk (888-999-4474, Ext. 225). . If a matter cannot be resolved immediately, Customer Service will open a "ticket" to track and resolve any questions or requests.
