ESR is pleased to offer the most comprehensive multi-jurisdictional and statewide searches currently available. The advantage of these searches is that they cover a much larger geographical area than traditional county-level searches.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Safe Hire Screening Program is NOT the same as an FBI search or state fingerprint program. State (public) and private proprietary databases are compiled from a number of sources and may not be accurate or complete. The appearance of a person’s name is not an indication that the person is a criminal any more than the absence of name indicates that the person is not a criminal. Any positive match MUST be verified by reviewing the actual court records. Any lack of a match does not mean the person is “cleared.” Alias names are not included in any of the services mentioned and need to be searched independently. Some states have No Date of Birth information, so records will not likely not show up in a database.

This database is a list of foreign nationals that the United States government currently has sanctions against; whose property may be blocked; and whom no US person may have dealings with. The information contained herein may include one or more of the following: date of birth, place of birth, passport number and country, citizenship or US-SSN, employment or group membership or affiliation. The Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Control provides updates periodically.
This database contains currently registered sex and violent offenders with felony conviction records. Data has been compiled from all 50 states, The District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Guam. A URL to the jurisdiction's website is provided on each record, as well as, a picture of the offender, when available. The sex offender registry is maintained by the Judiciary of Guam. This registry includes individuals who have been convicted of sex offense(s). Registry information includes offender name, sex offense description, address of registration, offender ID number and date of birth.
