Furthermore, ESR
has a full time legal staff to ensure compliance with federal and state laws. Although ESR
does not give legal services to its clients, ESR does ensure that its
processes are in compliance with legal requirements, especially the fair
Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

experienced law enforcement officer with extensive experience in corporate security, and a criminal
law attorney. ESR is

Unlike other firms that utilize
clerical staff members to simply retrieve data from computer services, ESR
is a professional background firm with a professional staff. Every background specialist
at ESR has at a minimum a four year college degree and experience in
background screening. That means at ESR, we do more for you. That is why
many well-managed and cost-conscious firms depend upon ESR to provide the due diligence
they need in their hiring program.

under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. ESR is strictly a CRA as defined in the
FCRA. ESR cannot assist any employer who is concerned about misconduct by a
current employee and seeks to do an investigation without first obtaining the employee's'
