1.   To SEND ORDERS for background screening, please do the following:
  a. Fax your request to 1-800-399-5423   (This is a fax to e-mail service, so there will never be a busy signal, out of paper delay or other problems).
  b. Use the optional on-line ordering system (call Linda Kynoch at 1-888-999-4474, ext. 225 for additional instructions).
2 To VIEW RESULTS for a background screening:
  a. Use the ESRnet on-line report system--all reports are available in real time, 24/7 (Linda at customer service can help you with passwords).
  b. Call STATUS DESK at 1-888-999-4474, ext. 225 for updates on specific orders from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST Monday - Friday.
  c. E-mail customer service at custser@ESRcheck.com (all e-mails answered in 3 business hours or less).
3. To contact customer service for questions about your account, services, forms, invoices, or any other service issue beyond immediate report status, contact the CUSTOMER CARE Desk (888-999-4474, Ext. 225): (E-mail here). If a matter cannot be resolved immediately, Customer Service will open a "ticket" to track and resolve any questions or requests.
