Attorney Lester Rosen, Founder and CEO of Employment Screening Resources (ESR), will speak about ‘Negligent Hiring and Background Checks – Best Practices and Legal Compliance’ at the fifth annual ADOMA (Auto Dealers Office Management Association) Mini Conference “Driving Straight to Success!” on October 27, 2012 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PST at the Automotive Partners Building in Cerritos, California.
