Employment Screening Resources® (ESR), a leading global provider of background screening services, announced today that Dawn Standerwick, ESR Vice President of Strategic Growth, has accepted her nomination to become a member of the Advisory Board of HR Tech Alliances, a global HR portal designed to foster collaboration, strategic partnerships, and alliances in the HR Technology industry.

Standerwick brings with her more than 25 years of experience in workforce screening solutions and a proven passion for building relationships. She joins members of the HR Tech Alliances Advisory Board in their work with mature and startup HR technology sector leadership teams to create “best-of-breed” mutually beneficial service alliances.

Standerwick is a long time member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). She currently serves on the executive board and is the organization’s chair-elect. She is actively involved in NAPBS government relations activities, regularly meeting with legislators and government agencies to promote the common interests of Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) and Human Resource professionals.
