Attorney and safe hiring expert Lester Rosen, Founder and CEO of Employment Screening Resources® (ESR), will present a 90 minute audio conference for HRTrainingCenter.com entitled “Background Checks and Safe Hiring: Trends, Legal Developments, and Best Practices” on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Noon Pacific Time.
