April 2012 ADP National Employment Report Shows Private Sector Added 119000 Jobs

According to the April 2012 ADP National Employment Report® from Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP®), U.S. private sector employment increased by 119,000 jobs from March 2012 to April 2012, with the private service providing sector adding 123,000 jobs during the month. However, employment in the private goods producing sector declined by 4,000 jobs in April 2012. March 2012 Employment Situation Report from US Labor Department Shows 120000 Jobs Added

Following three months of average gains of 246,000 jobs per month, total nonfarm payroll employment in the United States slowed in March 2012, rising only by 120,000 jobs, while the unemployment rate fell to 8.2 percent, according to ‘THE EMPLOYMENT SITUATION — MARCH 2012’ released today by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics. The report also changed employment figures for January 2012 from a gain of 284,000 jobs down to 275,000 jobs, while February 2012 figures were revised from a gain of 227,000 jobs up to 240,000 jobs. February 2012 Employment Situation Report Shows 227000 Jobs Added

Nonfarm payroll employment rose by 227,000 jobs in February 2012 while the unemployment rate remained unchanged at 8.3 percent, according to ‘THE EMPLOYMENT SITUATION — FEBRUARY 2012’ report released today by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). The report also changed employment figures for December 2011 from a gain of 203,000 jobs to 223,000 jobs, while January 2012 figures were revised from a gain of 243,000 jobs to 284,000 jobs. Jobs Report for January 2012 Reveals US Economy Added 243000 Jobs

Led by widespread job growth in the private sector, ‘THE EMPLOYMENT SITUATION – JANUARY 2012’ report released today by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics reveals total nonfarm payroll employment added 243,000 jobs in January 2012 while the unemployment rate decreased to 8.3 percent and the number of unemployed persons fell to 12.8 million. ADP Employment Report for January 2012 Shows Private Sector Added 170000 Jobs

Private sector employment in the United States increased by 170,000 jobs from December 2011 to January 2012 on a seasonally adjusted basis led by the private service-providing sector adding 152,000 jobs and small businesses adding 95,000 jobs, according to the January 2012 ADP National Employment Report® from Automatic Data Processing, Inc.
