- How employers can avoid the temptation of overstepping their bounds when conducting social media searches on job candidates.
- Tips on how to develop a legally defensible background check screening process.
The CEA webinar has been approved for 1.5 recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and also a California-specific continuing education activity for PHR-CA and SPHR-CA recertification. The 75-minute presentation will be followed by 15 minutes of Q & A.
