Background Screening Expert to Speak at SF EAC Meeting

He will share legally compliant best practices for background screening, review recent legal developments and “Only in California” rules, and discuss the next cutting-edge trends. Rosen has also been involved in drafting the current California laws governing background screening. In addition he will discuss the San Francisco Ban the Box Ordinance that took effect on August 13, 2014.
