The LA HR Star Conference is a one day event that includes a wide variety of Human Resources and employment law topics for HR professionals. In his session, Tree will reveal the top five emerging and influential trends in the background check industry and how they will affect HR professionals. ESR has created a list of the top trends in the background check industry annually for the past eight years.

Tree is a Human Resources technology industry veteran with more than 15 years of software experience focused on web-based HR technology solutions. He has been involved with applicant tracking and other human resources solutions such as automating and improving HR processes since 1999. He joined ESR in 2013 to lead the sales team and manage relationships between strategic and technology partners.

The Los Angeles HR Star Conference takes place on Thursday, March 19, 2015 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
