Attorney Lester S. Rosen, Founder and CEO of Employment Screening Resources® (ESR) and author of “The Safe Hiring Manual,” will present a session titled ‘Extreme Caution Advised: Dealing with Federal and State Laws Regulating Pre-employment Screening’ at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®) 2015 Employment Law and Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C. on Monday, March 23, 2015 from 1:45 PM to 03:15 PM Eastern Time.
