During the hour long webinar, Rosen – a noted background check expert and author of “The Safe Hiring Manual” – will cover a variety of trends including Millennials in the workforce, Ban the Box laws, FCRA class action lawsuits, new data protection rules for the European Union (EU), extended workforces, data breaches, the opioid crisis, transportation network companies, salary history questions, and E-Verify.

Rosen is a frequent speaker on background check issues at numerous conferences nationwide for the “ESR Speaks” program. He was the chairperson of the steering committee that founded the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and served as first co-chair.
