Employment Screening Resources (ESR) – a leading global background check firm – will present two sessions at the 2018 SHRM Talent Conference & Exposition hosted by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) from April 16 to 18, 2018, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Attorney Lester Rosen, the founder and CEO of ESR, will present his first session – “It’s a Litigation Jungle Out There! Avoiding Legal Claims with Compliant Background Screening” – on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, from 2:30 PM to 3:45 PM Pacific Time in Roman Ballroom II on the Promenade Level.

Rosen, the author of “The Safe Hiring Manual” and a noted background check expert, will present his second session – “Social Media Background Screening. Is it Right for My Company?” – on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, from 9:45 AM to 11:00 AM Pacific Time in the Emperor Ballroom on the Emperor’s Level.

Rosen is a frequent presenter on background check issues at numerous national conferences. He was on the steering committee that founded the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and served as first co-chair.
