Employment Screening Resources (ESR) National Account Executive Pri Murphy to Present Session at 2018 San Francisco HR Star Conference

Pri Murphy, a National Account Executive for Employment Screening Resources® (ESR), will present a session entitled “Background Screening Trends for California Employers” at the 2018 San Francisco HR Star Conference taking place on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, at the South San Francisco Conference Center. Murphy – who focuses on emerging and mid-sized businesses – is committed to educating organizations about the importance of safe hiring and how to do so within a budget by offering innovative ways to implement cost-effective screening programs. She identified non-profit organizations as a preferred vertical for a new revenue source and a means to protect non-profit employees and those they serve.

Murphy, who joined ESR in 2013, presented a session at the 2017 SF HR Star Conference on background check trends for that year and more recently attended the 13th Annual Child and Youth Protection Catholic Leadership Conference (CYPCLC) in New Orleans, Louisiana from June 3 to 6, 2018. It was her fifth year in a row attending the CYPCLC, showing her dedication to serving safe environment efforts.

In June 2018, Murphy became President of the Board of Directors for the Professional Association of Sonoma County (PASCO), one of the largest professional HR organizations in Northern California, which provides leadership for the HR community in Sonoma County and the surrounding North Bay Area by promoting professional growth in the area of human resources management.

Murphy and ESR National Account Executive Shannon Durst will be at the ESR exhibition booth during the conference, which is free to attend for HR professionals employed at qualified organizations that have at least 100 or more employees.
