Attorney Lester Rosen, founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of global background check firm Employment Screening Resources® (ESR), will speak at a Santa Clara County Employer Advisory Council (EAC) event about “Background Checks in California: State Specific Rules and More” on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Biltmore Hotel and Suites in Santa Clara, California.

Background checks have become a standard part of the hiring procedure for most employers.
