Attorney Lester Rosen, the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of leading global background check firm Employment Screening Resources® (ESR), will take part in a panel discussion during the Rise Above 2020 – A Global HR Evolution Summit sponsored by Neeyamo from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. EST on November 12, 2020.
Rosen – author of “The Safe Hiring Manual” – will speak about “Background Screening – Mitigating Screening Bias on Underserved Communities” with Rachel Theisen, Chief Operations Officer (COO) at InCheck, W. Barry Nixon, COO at Preemployment Directory, and Krisy Bucher, Director of Marketing Programs at Appriss Insight.
Rise Above 2020 – A Global HR Evolution Summit is a collaborative initiative to bring the global HR community together to help bridge gaps and share viable ideas and insight for the foreseeable future. Rosen is a noted background check expert who was chairperson of the steering committee that founded the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) – a nonprofit organization representing the background screening industry – and served as first co-chair. In 2019, he received the PBSA Lifetime Achievement Award.
