Attendees will learn the legal risks and pitfalls in using social media to screen candidates, understand the need to give former offenders a second chance while protecting an organization from undue risk, and stay on top of legal compliance issues impacting their background screening and risk management processes.
Rosen is a frequent speaker on background check issues. He was the chair of the steering committee that founded the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) – which represents the background screening industry – and was the first co-chair. He received the PBSA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019.
