The ESR Safe Hiring Course is approved for 20 (HR - General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through HRCI at www.hrci.org.

Seven Individual Course Units:
Take each unit of the course together or individually.
- Unit 1: 3 HRCI Credit Hours / 3 SHRM PDCs
- Unit 2: 3 HRCI Credit Hours / 3 SHRM PDCs
- Unit 3: 2.5 HRCI Credit Hours / 2.5 SHRM PDCs
- Unit 4: 3 HRCI Credit Hours / 3 SHRM PDCs
- Unit 5: 3 HRCI Credit Hours / 3 SHRM PDCs
- Unit 6: 3 HRCI Credit Hours / 3 SHRM PDCs
- Unit 7: 2.5 HRCI Credit Hours / 2.5 SHRM PDCs
The course is Internet based. To participate in the course, users must have access to the Internet, some type of computer/laptop with keyboard and mouse/pad, and a printer if they want to print study guides for the course. Users must register as a learner before being able to purchase the course.
Each unit of the course ends with a 25 question quiz that learners must score at least 80% (20 questions correct) to pass.
Each unit also includes a study guide handout that learners may download to help them pass the quiz.
Cost: There is a 20% discount for purchasing all seven units of the course at the same time.
