The PBSA members-only webinar will cover what it takes to be considered an “expert” in background screening, the ins and outs of expert witness testimony, the legal and practical aspects of acting as an expert witness, and ways to advance knowledge, expertise, and professional development in the background screening field.

With the increase in litigation related to background screening and negligent hiring, some screeners are contacted by attorneys who are looking for expert witnesses.
